Advanced Practice Providers Oncology Summit.
Now Accepting 2026 APP MVP of the Year Award Nominations.
The Advanced Practice Provider Most Valuable Professional (APP MVP) of the Year award is given to an advanced practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Advanced Practice Nurse, or Pharmacist in Hematology Oncology who demonstrates leadership by serving as a role-model and mentor to his or her peers in their community. This person shows initiative and promotes positive change in their professional practice environment. APP MVP of the Year awardees demonstrate excellence in their day-to-day work while showing compassion, dignity, justice, excellence, and integrity.
Honorees actively advocate for the care of patients and their families and contribute to improved patient outcomes through a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Horizon CME is committed to supporting and recognizing these outstanding individuals in each community where we hold an APP Oncology Summit (APPOS).
Please note that nominees do not need to be affiliated with any particular association or medical group or register to attend APPOS to be nominated. This award is open to any practicing oncology or hematology NP, PA, nurse specialist, or pharmacist.
We would like to congratulate all of the current and past APP MVP nominees and winners. Each of the nominees are well respected, caring, and compassionate leaders in their field of practice and represent the true definition of what it means to be an APP MVP in their respective communities!
