I was born and raised in the Boston area. I went back to school for BSN in nursing at Curry College in my late 20s. After stints in rehab and floor nursing, I worked in emergency department nursing for about 10 years. The latter 6 years in the ED at Tufts Medical Center. Thrived on the adrenaline of high-pressure situations and enjoyed being a clinical leader and charge nurse directing the department. I decided to advance my career and trained to become a NP. Graduated from Regis College. I joined the Heme-Onc Department at Tufts in July 2022. I work in the specialties of GU, head and neck, and lung cancers. Engaged myself in intense self-education to supplement orientation and on-the-job training. Love my role as provider. I am fascinated by the science of oncology and the intricacies of care in this field. I am a fan of the Boston Bruins, stand-up comedy, and history podcasts. I enjoy going to the gym, jogging, and activities with my wife and 3 children aged 12, 12, and 11.
