Take Note! Charting Accuracy Improves Patient Outcomes and Keeps the Lights On (A Guide to Note-Taking for Benign and Malignant Hematologic Disorders)

This interactive program will describe how to chart, code, and bill properly for benign and malignant hematologic disorders. Expert faculty will identify key pertinent information to formulate a diagnosis for multiple myeloma, lymphoma, and iron deficiency anemia and discuss a care plan. Participants will be guided through each case study, from the patient visits to reimbursement, reviewing proper coding and billing. This program will help improve the learners’ note-taking and relationships with multidisciplinary groups and optimize reimbursement.
