With the pandemic and unpredictable environment, will I be notified if there is a change or cancelation?

Once you are registered, you will receive conference status updates as they occur. If you have not registered to attend, we ask that you check the website for updates. You may also inquire at info@horizoncme.com

Do I have to be registered to get alerts on any changes to the conference?

Yes. You may also contact us at info@horizoncme.com, or check back on our website for any conference updates.

If I have an address or email change, can I edit my registration information?

Yes, simply log on to your account where you registered for the conference and click on “My Profile” and make any changes to your registration.

Where do I find information for hotel accommodations?

Information regarding accommodations will be posted on each conference webpage as it becomes available.

Is a one-day registration available?

Yes. When you register you will also scan the QR code that tracks your attendance. If the conference if virtual, your attendance will be track as you activate your account each day.

When will I receive access to the conference?

You should receive instruction within a week of the conference. If you have registered and do not receive access information, please contact info@horizoncme.com.

Will conference sessions be recorded or available On Demand?

The conference is not recorded but available for 30 days On Demand. Sign in to the conference app and select “CE Session Live Stream”.

I did not get a receipt for paying for the conference, what do I do?

When you complete your registration you will have an option to receive a confirmation letter, receipt, or print invoice.

I did not get a confirmation that I’m registered for the conference?

Confirmation should be generated when you register. If you are unable to retrieve please contact info@horizoncme.com for assistance.

How do I submit my evaluation to obtain credit for attending the conference?

You will receive an invite to complete the evaluation in your email and have 30 days to complete the evaluation. If you do not receive this automatically generated message, please contact info@horizoncme.com.

I can’t seem to be able to get my certificate, what do I do?

If you are having difficulty getting your certificate please contact info@horizoncme.com and you will be referred to the proper staff to assist you.

If I can only attend one day, is the conference available On Demand?

Yes. The conference is not recorded but available for 30 days On Demand. Sign in to the conference app and select “CE Session Live Stream”.
